Billing questions
Will I be charged during the free trial?+
No. Your card is collected up front, but there is no charge for the first 7 days. Billing starts on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged.
What happens to my data if I stop?+
Your parsed bid packs and settings stay in your account. Raw PDFs are already deleted after parsing by default. You can delete your data anytime from account settings.
