Terms of Service

Effective May 28, 2026

1. The short version

AeroSlate parses pilot bid packages so you can rank, compare, and bid trips faster. You upload your own bid packs. We analyze them only for you. We never connect to an airline. You can delete your data anytime.

These Terms are the long version. By using AeroSlate you agree to them.

2. What AeroSlate is

AeroSlate is an independent software tool. It accepts bid package PDFs you upload, extracts the pairing data, scores trips against your stated preferences, and presents the results in views you control (Sora, Saga, the pairings list).

AeroSlate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any airline, pilot union, crew scheduling system, FAA, or government agency. We do not access airline systems, airline software, employee accounts, crew scheduling platforms, databases, or internal networks. The only data we have about your job is what you upload and what you enter in your account.

3. Your responsibility for uploads

When you upload a bid package, you confirm that you have the authorization to download and use that file under your employment agreement, union contract, and applicable law. You are responsible for not uploading material you are not allowed to use, and for not sharing AeroSlate analyses with people whose own employment agreement would prohibit it.

We don't police what you upload because we can't. Only you know whether you're authorized to use it. If we receive a credible complaint from an airline or rights-holder we may suspend the account while it's investigated.

4. Account, password, and access

You need a verified email to use AeroSlate. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you lose access or suspect your account is compromised, email us right away (contact below).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer the parser, scoring system, or scrape pages programmatically
  • Resell or redistribute AeroSlate output as a paid service
  • Upload data you're not authorized to use
  • Attempt to access another user's data, account, or saved packages
  • Use AeroSlate to harass, defame, or harm another pilot or employer
  • Probe the system for vulnerabilities outside a documented security-report channel

We don't use your data to train third-party AI models. Bid analysis runs on deterministic code we wrote and maintain ourselves.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

AeroSlate is offered on a paid subscription. The current plans and prices are on the pricing page. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Billing happens through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

Refunds. If something is wrong with your subscription, you were double-charged, the service is down, you canceled but were billed again, email us and we'll make it right. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Trial cancellation never charges you.

7. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel anytime. Canceling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. You can delete your stored bid pack data at any time from your account page.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we have credible reason to believe are uploading unauthorized material, or that pose a risk to the service. Where reasonable we'll tell you why.

8. Disclaimers

AeroSlate provides bid-pack analysis and estimated scoring based on the data in the files you upload and the heuristic assumptions described in the product. It does not guarantee pay outcomes, contract interpretation, legality, or operational results. It does not encourage intentional delays, missed connections, unsafe conduct, or contract violations. Always follow company policy, your collective bargaining agreement, and the FARs.

AeroSlate is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind: express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroSlate is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. If we make a material change we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date of the update means you accept the new Terms. The current version is always at aeroslate.io/terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and AeroSlate consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
